It is the most promising mechanism on the bottle and the one with the least human evidence behind it. Both of those are true at the same time, and a page that tells you only the first half is selling rather than explaining.

Why honey is in the HoneyPower blend at all
The most-researched name on the bottle, studied for something else entirely.
Honey is the brand and the first name on the artwork, so it gets read as the active ingredient. On the research it is the opposite: it is the best-studied item on the bottle and the one with the least connection to the use case.
What honey has been studied for is fuel and cardiometabolic markers. A 2025 cycling trial compared it against a conventional sports carbohydrate across three hours of steady riding and a capacity test afterwards, and found the metabolic responses comparable. A soccer-simulation study ran the same idea over ninety minutes of intermittent work.
The 2025 umbrella review is the broader picture: a pooled look at honey's dosage effects on cardiometabolic outcomes, graded, with roughly ten grams a day as the working amount. None of that work is about male vitality, and none of it was run at a dose a capsule could carry.
